Headset installations on the NEC Electra Elite IPK and Aspire phone systems require a programmable function key to be programmed as a Headset Key otherwise the headset will not work. NEC DSX Headset programming does not require extensive programming, the instructions are in your Multi Button User Guide and can be enables by the user.
